I am Facebook Friends with Brad Levinson who runs Ear Mitts. I have had many a cold bicycle ride and found that many skull caps and hats either didn’t fit well under my helmet or didn’t cover my ears well. Another irritant was wind whistling in under the cap making for cold and noisy rides. Ear Mitts have 3M Thinsulate insulation and even GoreTex Windstopper fabric in some models. They are made in a zilion colors and are a fantastic idea to keep your ears from getting frostbitten on a hard winter ride. They are available online from Amazon to many other merchants listed here.

Great idea! I do wish I had thought of it.

These have been available for years under the name of “Ear Pops”.
Work well but sized a bit small.

Hi Ron,

Thanks for the comment. I believe that Ear Pops are the competition. They make comparisons to them on the website. These are available in different sizes as well.

Have a super day,

Kevin

My son wears Ear Mitts with his skateboarding helmet ! And yes, Ear Mitts are MUCH better than the other brands, they actually fit and don’t fall off.

Thanks so much for the comment. I think they are a great product myself.

Best,

Kevin
